The roasting of chicory cubes is conducted using a firewood roaster at temperatures ranging from 100 to 145 degrees Celsius for a duration of 1.5 hours. Each batch consists of 350.00 kgs of roasted chicory cubes. Packed in 35 KG HDPE bag.
Liquid Chicory Extract Dark Roast & Light Roast

This extract is crafted by extracting the essence from roasted chicory roots, which are steeped in hot water for filtration before being liquefied.
