
Raw Chicory Cube
Our raw chicory cubes are produced from freshly harvested roots that are thoroughly cleaned and precisely cut to customer specifications (commonly 13 x 13 x 12 mm or 14 x 14 x 14 mm). To preserve their natural quality, the cubes are dried for 3–4 days at 40–43°C, ensuring optimum flavour and consistency. Once dried, they are securely packed in HDPE bags, ready for bulk supply to food and beverage manufacturers worldwide.


Roasted and Grinded Chicory Powder
Our chicory powder is crafted from carefully selected roots, roasted in SS roasters powered by LPG at 140–150°C. This clean and controlled roasting enhances the powder’s deep aroma and rich flavour. The roasted roots are then ground in a temperature-controlled mill, preserving their natural essence. Each batch is packed in 45 kg food-grade PP bags, ensuring freshness, safety, and long shelf life.


Roasted Chicory Cube Dark Roast & Light Roast
We produce roasted chicory cubes in both light roast and dark roast varieties, tailored to diverse applications in beverages and food blends. Using SS roasters on LPG at 100–145°C for approximately 90 minutes, each cube develops its distinct aroma and taste profile. Produced in 350 kg batches for consistency, the cubes are packed in 35 kg HDPE bags to ensure safe storage and reliable delivery.


Liquid Chicory Extract Dark Roast & Light Roast
Our flagship product, Liquid Chicory Extract, is available in various specifications to meet global demand. Produced by extracting roasted chicory roots with hot water, followed by filtration and concentration through evaporation, the extract captures the authentic essence of chicory. Packed in 290 kg food-grade drums, it is widely used in instant beverages, coffee blends, and flavor applications.
